Dark Mode and Roadmap

Dark Mode and Roadmap

December 9th, 2020 • We’re still hard at work on releasing browser extensions for Pincone. In the meantime, we’ve worked on supporting dark mode and publishing our roadmap.

🌒 Dark Mode

For those times when you don’t want to stare at an extremely bright screen, we added support for dark mode to Pincone. In your Preferences page, you can now choose whether Pincone will respect your OS settings (and switch automatically) or you can choose to use the light / dark theme all the time.

🗺 Roadmap

A few of you have asked us for details on some future improvements and features on Pincone.

For the sake of transparency, we decided to make our roadmap public so you know what’s being worked on at the moment and what’s coming down the road.

As always, if you have any ideas or suggestions, feel free to reach out to us via email or Twitter.

Up Next: 🧩 Browser Extensions

As mentioned at the beginning of this post, we’re still working on our browser extensions. Last time, we mentioned that we’re going with Chrome extensions. In the meantime, we’ve decided to also ship extensions for Firefox and Safari. 🎉

You can expect these to ship in early January. (We really mean it this time.) 🙏
