Today • The Pincone browser extension has been quietly getting a major glow-up. We rebuilt it from the ground up — new internals, new UX, and some features you've been asking for.
The biggest change you'll notice: clicking the Pincone icon no longer opens a separate popup window. Instead, a sleek panel slides in right on top of the page you're browsing. No context switching, no losing your place. You add the link, it confirms, and two seconds later it tucks itself away. Simple as that.
This also means dark mode just works — the panel picks up your system preference automatically, so it always feels native to your setup.
See a link on a page you want to save? Right-click it and hit "Add link to Pincone" — done. No need to open the link first. You can also right-click anywhere on the page itself to save the current URL. It's the fastest way to add links while you browse.
We added Google Sign-In so you can get into your account with one click. No more hunting for your Pincone password. Works on both Chrome and Firefox.
The extension updates automatically, so you might already have it. If you haven't installed it yet — Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons are waiting for you.
As always, we'd love to hear what you think. Drop us a line at hello@pincone.com! 💛
